Sales Manager - Poland 


Position Summary
We have an opening for a full-time sales manager position in our office in Poland, who will manage sales operations within the country. You are responsible to lead and manage sales activities of the sales team to ensure profitable growth is achieved in alignment with the strategic and annual plans. You understand local markets and economic drivers including internal and external business dynamics and manage towards long-term financial value. You facilitate collective team support through networking and information, expertise, and resource sharing within the team and the company. You will report to the Head of Sales and Marketing.

Key Responsibilities: • Support the development and implementation of the sales and marketing strategy and annual business plans for Poland. Participating in cross functional strategic planning project teams
• Contribute to market research, including identifying market potential and finding opportunities for sustainable growth in Poland. Expanding market share and customer base
• Analyse sales data, conduct weekly review of sales activities and opportunities in a sales pipeline and monthly assessment of key account plans
• Develop sales territory planning and sales area assessment for each team member. Set individual sales target. Lead the team to provide trustworthy sales forecasts (monthly, quarterly, and annual)
• Provide coaching, supervising, training, and mentorship to the sales team members
• Build and own relationships with key customers on higher levels
• Set the example of company culture, serve as credible leader, embrace firm values and ethics
Competencies Required: • Five to ten years of sales management experience in a professional sales environment
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with proven track record
• Vision to build adaptive sales model that combines in-person selling and digital alternatives
• Previous experience in Chem&Refining and/or Oil&Gas industry experience is advantage
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Goal driven with strong work ethic and follow through
• Flexibility and willingness to travel
• Proficiency in MS Office 365 applications and CRM software
• Languages: Polish (Native), English (Advanced) is required; German is advantage
