Regional Sales Engineer (f/m)
Do you have experience, a passion for value selling and would you like to develop further? Become a star of our sales team.
Key Responsibilities: • Identify new sales growth opportunities in Warszawa and Łódź region and earn customer specifications or contracts for current and future projects;
• Establish, develop, and maintain positive business relationships with new and existing accounts by understanding customer needs and providing excellent technical-consulting. Increase penetration of the most valuable accounts to become more relevant;
• Position our company as the customer’s most relevant partner leading to profitable and sustainable revenue growth;
• Create value for the customers through developing acount strategies and executing key activities. Challenge conventional wisdom to create new value for the customer;
• Qualify leads generated through marketing, customer service, inside sales or others through cold calling and in-person or virtual visiting;
• Be innovative in the use of social media, websites, intranet, industry publications, etc. to uncover data that can be mined for potential opportunities;
• Gather, analyse, and share knowledge of products, market conditions, competitors, and customers to emphasise our unique selling proposition in customer meetings;
• Collaborate with managers to develop and execute a territory sales plan, campaigns to achieve targeted revenue growth, and targeted sales of strategic products, services, and solutions;
Competencies Required: • Higher engineering or business education and/or three years of sales experience in a technical sales environment, or equivalent combination of education and experience;
• Excellent Selling Skills – Solution and value selling experience preferred;
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills;
• Ability to quickly connect and speak with customers, actively listen, observe and ask questions;
• Goal driven with strong work ethic and follow through;
• Ability to operate both individually and within a team;
• Self disciplined to set and execute own plan and to keep on schedule;
• Proficiency in MS Office 365 and CRM tool
• Native Polish; Fluent in written and spoken English;
• Driving license
